CARE INFORMATION
Hand wash mortar and pestle with warm water and rinse thoroughly. Avoid using soap as it may leach unwanted flavors into the stone. Wipe the wood base with a damp cloth. Maintain wood by conditioning it with oil as needed. The ash wood body is treated with natural, food-safe oil. We recommended conditioning twice a year with heavy use.
