Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@felyhome.com or via WhatsApp at +1 213 588 3049 with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. In those cases, Fely Home will cover the full cost of the return shipping. Upon request, we can provide a pre-paid return label for standard returns and the cost will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Fely Home is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@felyhome.com or via WhatsApp at +1 213 588 3049 with your name, order number, and photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized products. All sales on these items are final.

Process of refund and exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact us at hello@felyhome.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

At this time we ship within the United States only. All domestic return and refund policies above apply to all eligible orders.
