6. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@felyhome.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
