1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your home. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Domestic (USA): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a pre-paid label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
International (Mexico): Due to shipping complexities, all sales to Mexico are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@felyhome.com or Whatsapp +2135883049 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-returnable.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
