Aaron Probyn is a British designer working from his studio in East London, where he creates minimal yet tactile products that bring together form, function, and materiality. His approach to design is thoughtful and understated, with a strong focus on creating objects that feel both distinctive and timeless. Aaron has been part of the design industry for more than two decades, having worked with renowned brands including Habitat, The Conran Shop, and Tom Dixon. In 2012, he established his own design studio, developing products and consulting on projects for international companies such as IKEA, Normann Copenhagen, West Elm, Waterford, Heal’s, and Another Country. His design philosophy is rooted in simplicity, longevity, and responsible production. Rather than following short-lived trends, Probyn focuses on well-considered forms, honest materials, and quality craftsmanship, creating pieces designed to be used and enjoyed for years to come. In 2020, he launched his own collection under the Aaron Probyn name, with the belief that good design should last a lifetime. His work reflects a contemporary vision of everyday objects functional, tactile, and quietly expressive.
