Hand-carved chestnut, made to be used

Carved by hand from a single piece of Portuguese chestnut, this rectangular tray brings warmth and quiet texture to the table. The visible tool marks and natural grain make every piece one of a kind.

Use it to serve bread, cheese, or small plates, or let it hold keys, candles, and everyday objects on a console or coffee table. Its simple form pairs easily with almost any tableware.

✦ Hand-carved Portuguese chestnut
✦ Made in Portugal
✦ Serving, styling, or entryway catchall
✦ Pairs beautifully with our [Casa Cubista matte stoneware]

Casa Cubista is a family workshop in Portugal creating handmade tableware and serveware. Their pieces pair traditional craft, passed down through generations, with clean, modern forms designed for everyday use.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry right away. Do not soak or put it in the dishwasher. To keep the wood nourished, apply a little food-safe mineral oil or board butter from time to time.

13" × 9"
Hand-carved; slight variations in size, grain, and color are natural.
