Renowned both in Denmark and internationally, the architect Arne Jacobsen left his distinctive mark on everything from architecture to interior design, from furniture design to graphic art. Arne Jacobsen is still regarded as one of the world’s leading modernists. Denmark’s central bank, Nationalbanken (1971), is one of Arne Jacobsen’s most striking buildings. It was for this bank that he created the Bankers wall clock, and from which the inspiration for this hygrometer is derived.
